To make this change for your policy, you’ll start by signing in to your Fabric account.

For policies purchased before September 3rd, 2022: Tap the menu icon, selecting ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Settings’, then ‘Edit Policy Address’.

Depending on what state you live in, for many policyholders, the change will automatically update the information associated with your Fabric account. The completed change form will also be added to the back of your policy PDF.

For states where the insurer, Vantis Life, is the managing entity, the form is first submitted directly to their systems, where they will update your record. They will then reach out to us so that we can update your Fabric account and add the change form to your policy PDF.

For policies purchased after September 3rd, 2022: Once logged in, use Live Chat to message our team to let us know your new address. We will prepare a form for you to complete and send it via DocuSign. Once you complete it, it will automatically come back in for our team to get our system updated and we will then attach a copy of the form to your policy PDF for your records.
