Nope! The term ‘Will’, as we use it, is entirely interchangeable with ‘Last Will and Testament’. There is, however, a major difference between this and a Living Will. 

A Last Will lets your loved ones know how you want your things to be divided and to whom after you're gone. A Living Will, which is also sometimes known as a Healthcare Directive, lets your loved ones know about any health care decisions that you’d like to be made while you’re alive in the event that you're unable to communicate these wishes when the time comes. 

We currently do not include Living Wills as part of the Fabric Wills Kit.
