How does this account work? What is Apex’s FDIC Sweep Program?

Apex’s FDIC Sweep Program (the “Program”) takes the money in your baby-on-the-way account and “sweeps” it into and out of one or more interest-bearing deposit accounts opened by Apex at participating banks (each a “Program Bank”), at no cost to you. Subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions, the funds swept into deposit accounts are FDIC insured and earn interest paid into your baby-on-the-way account.
