Where is my $20 June promo deposit?
The $20 June promotion is not deposited immediately after opening your kids investment account. To receive the promo deposit, your account must meet all eligibility requirements and remain open and in good standing through the promo payout date.
Who is eligible for the June promotion?
To qualify for the $20 June promotion, you must:
Be a new custodian opening your first kids investment account through Fabric by Gerber Life
Open your account during the promotion period: June 15, 2026 through June 30, 2026
Complete setup with a successfully linked bank account
Complete an initial investment of at least $20 from your linked bank account
Keep your account open and in good standing until the promo deposit is made
Successfully pay your first monthly administrative fee
When will I receive the $20?
The $20 promo deposit is made on the 7th day after your first monthly administrative fee has been successfully paid.
Kids investment accounts include a 30-day free trial. This means your first administrative fee is not charged right away when you open the account. Monthly administrative fees begin after the 30-day free trial ends. Because of this, the promo deposit will not appear immediately after account opening or immediately after your first contribution.
What does “good standing” mean?
To remain in good standing for this promotion, your account must:
Stay open
Have a successfully linked bank account
Complete an initial investment of at least $20
Have all administrative fees paid
Not have any withdrawals before the promo deposit is made
Not be suspended or flagged for suspicious or fraudulent activity
If your account does not remain in good standing, it will not be eligible for the $20 promo deposit.
Why haven’t I received my $20 yet?
You may not have received the promo deposit yet if:
Your account is still within the 30-day free trial period
Your first monthly administrative fee has not been charged yet
Your first monthly administrative fee has not been successfully paid yet
Your initial investment of at least $20 has not been completed
Your account was not opened during the promo period
You previously opened a kids investment account with Fabric by Gerber Life
Your account is closed, suspended, has unpaid fees, had a withdrawal, or is otherwise not in good standing
Can I receive the promotion on more than one account?
No. The promotion is limited to new custodians and only applies to the first eligible kids investment account successfully opened during the promotion period.
Can this promotion be combined with another promo code or offer?
No. This promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or promo codes.
