As long as your payments are up to date, your policy remains active (also called “in force”).

Payment details

  • Payments are charged monthly

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation for each successful payment

If a payment is missed

If a payment doesn’t go through, we’ll notify you by email and continue attempting to process the payment automatically.

Grace period (30 days)

  • Your coverage remains active

  • We’ll continue to retry the payment automatically

  • You can also contact support@meetfabric.com to make a payment

Auto-reinstatement period (next 30 days)

  • Your coverage is paused

  • You can still reinstate your policy without underwriting

  • We’ll continue automated payment attempts

  • You can contact support to make a payment

Policy lapse

If payment is not received after the auto-reinstatement period, your policy will lapse due to non-payment.

To reinstate your policy after it has lapsed, you’ll need to:

  • Complete a reinstatement form

  • Pass a basic underwriting review

  • Pay all past-due premiums plus 6% interest

To start this process, contact support@meetfabric.com
