Your monthly payment is called a premium. When your payments are up to date, your policy is considered in force or active. Your card will be charged monthly on the date of your first premium payment. We offer monthly payments via linked debit card, credit card, Apple Pay® or Google™ Pay.
If you miss a payment, it may result in your policy lapsing and the termination of your coverage. There’s a 30-day grace period included in the policy, which allows additional time to make payments and prevent coverage lapses. During this period, our system will continue attempting to collect the missing payment. We send emails each month for your successful payment and if a payment is missed, you’ll be notified via email.
