š To change your contribution amount or start date:
Log in and go to My Account.
Select the childās investment account you want to update.
Scroll to the Recurring Contribution section and click on it.
Click the pencil icon āļø to edit the amount or start date.
Enter your new amount (minimum is $20/month) and save your changes.
Note: Contribution frequency canāt be changed, but you can pause or cancel it. One-time contributions are separate and canāt be edited or canceled once submitted.
āø To pause your recurring contribution:
Log in and go to My Account.
Select the childās investment account you want to update.
Scroll to the Recurring Contribution section and click on it.
Click the āļø Edit icon and set a future start date to skip or delay your next contribution.
Example: If your next contribution is scheduled for the 15th, you can set it to start on the 15th two months from now.
ā To cancel your recurring contribution:
Log in and go to My Account.
Select the childās investment account you want to update.
Scroll to the Recurring Contribution section and click on it.
Click Cancel Contribution in the lower-right corner.
Confirm the cancelation when prompted.
