While going through the onboarding process, you have the chance to add a trusted contact.
A trusted contact may be a family member, attorney, or another third-party who you believe would respect your privacy and know how to contact you in case of an emergency.
Designation as a trusted contact doesn’t provide the designated person with authority to make transactions in your account and doesn’t make that person a power of attorney, legal guardian, trustee or executor.
Once you've completed the onboarding process, you won't be able to add or make changes to that contact, so make sure to choose wisely during the setup!
