When and how do I transfer my baby-on-the-way account?
To transfer your Baby on the Way account, you’ll need your child’s Social Security Number. Once you have it:
Log in to your Fabric account.
Open your Baby on the Way account.
Select Transfer Now.
Follow the steps to open a Kids Investment Account.
Any funds in your Baby on the Way account will automatically transfer to the new Kids Investment Account. Transfers typically take 7–14 days to appear in the new account.
Once the transfer is complete, your Baby on the Way account will be closed and any active recurring contribution schedules will be canceled. You’ll still be able to access statements from the closed account.
