How can I change, pause, or cancel my recurring contribution for my baby-on-the-way?

Easily change, pause, or cancel recurring contributions for your baby-on-the-way account

🔁 To change your contribution amount or start date:

  • Log in and go to My Account.

  • Select the baby-on-the-way account you want to update.

  • Scroll to the Recurring Contribution section and click on it.

  • Click the pencil icon ✏️ to edit the amount or start date.

  • Enter your new amount (minimum is $20/month) and save your changes.

Note: Contribution frequency can’t be changed, but you can pause or cancel it. One-time contributions are separate and can’t be edited or canceled once submitted.

⏸ To pause your recurring contribution:

  • Log in and go to My Account.

  • Select the baby-on-the-way account you want to update.

  • Scroll to the Recurring Contribution section and click on it.

  • Click the ✏️ Edit icon and set a future start date to skip or delay your next contribution.

Example: If your next contribution is scheduled for the 15th, you can set it to start on the 15th two months from now.

❌ To cancel your recurring contribution:

  1. Log in and go to My Account.

  2. Select the baby-on-the-way account you want to update.

  3. Scroll to the Recurring Contribution section and click on it.

  4. Click Cancel Contribution in the lower-right corner.

  5. Confirm the cancelation when prompted.
