What should I do if my recurring contribution failed for my kid's investment account?

Here’s what to know and what you can do next

If your recurring contribution didn’t go through, it won’t be retried automatically.

First, make sure you’re looking at a contribution (not an admin fee):
Recurring contributions and monthly admin fees are charged separately. If you’re seeing an issue with your monthly admin fee, check out our admin fee FAQ instead.

If your contribution failed:

  1. Check your bank connection
Make sure your linked bank account is still active and has sufficient funds.

  2. Confirm your admin fees are up to date
If an admin fee payment failed, contributions may be blocked until that’s resolved.

  3. Make a one-time contribution
We don’t retry failed recurring contributions. If you’d still like to add funds this month, you can make a one-time contribution from your account. Your next scheduled recurring contribution will run as usual the following month.

If you're still running into issues, email support@meetfabric.com so we can take a closer look.
