It’s simple to update personal information on your policy, such as your mailing address.
To make this change on your policy, you’ll have to complete a change request form, which can be provided to you by our Customer Success Team. Note that you’ll need to include your policy number when you complete the form. If you don’t know your policy ID, you can find it by signing in to your Fabric account and selecting Settings at the bottom of the Dashboard.
