Here are some common troubleshooting steps:
Child’s Info
First and last name must be at least 2 characters
Names can only include letters, hyphens, and apostrophes
The child must be under 15 years of age. A DOB for a child 15 or older will be ineligible
Custodian’s Info
First and Last Name: Must be at least 2 characters
Names can only include letters, hyphens, and apostrophes
Your first and last name should match your Social Security card and driver's license (i.e. Robert, not Rob, Bob, Bobby, etc.)
The custodian must be over 18. A DOB for a custodian under 18 will be ineligible
Must be a US Citizen
Social Security number in XXX-XX-XXXX format
Date of birth in MM-DD-YYYY format
Physical address in the standardized format and not a P.O. Box address (ie 100 Main St. Apt 2B, Everytown, NY 12345)
Phone number in XXX-XXX-XXXX format
Email address spelled correctly
Bank account setup
The linked bank account must be a checking account
The account must be in the custodian’s name
Business accounts are not eligible

If we’re unable to verify your information, the account may become ineligible.
If ineligible, we may not be able to share the specific reason for the outcome
Some verification issues may be reviewed manually, while others cannot be changed
You will not be charged for an account that is ineligible
