To update your information or your child’s information, please follow these steps:
Log in to your Fabric account
Select your kid’s investment account
Open the chat
Choose Manage my account
Select Change my account info (address, email, phone)
Choose what you’d like to update:
Address, email, or phone number
Custodian’s name
Child’s name or date of birth
Follow the prompts to submit your request
What you may need:
Custodian name updates:
The updated custodian name
A copy of a driver’s license or other supporting documentation (you’ll be prompted to upload securely)
Child information updates (name or date of birth):
The updated child’s name and/or date of birth
A copy of the child’s birth certificate (you’ll be prompted to upload securely)
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed and processed by our team.
