Where can I find and download my term life insurance policy from Fabric?

Once your policy is active, you can access and download it at any time from your Fabric account.

You can download your policy in two ways:

From your email

After purchase, we’ll send you a secure link to download your policy PDF

From your account

Your policy PDF may include several sections. The first pages often include a copy of your application.

To find your core policy details, scroll to the Schedule Page. This section shows important information about your purchased policy, including:

If administrative changes are made after purchase, those updates may be added to the end of your policy PDF as amendments.

For example, if you update your beneficiaries after your policy is active, a confirmation of that change will appear at the end of the policy PDF rather than in the original policy pages.

We recommend downloading or printing a copy of your policy and storing it somewhere safe.

It’s also a good idea to let your loved ones, especially your beneficiaries, know where to find it. This can help make things easier if they ever need to file a claim.

Fabric has offered term life insurance through different issuing insurance companies over time. Policies purchased through Fabric between 2017-2022 may look different or include different issuer information than newer Fabric by Gerber Life policies.

If your policy was purchased through Fabric, you can still look for your policy documents in your Fabric account. Your policy PDF is the best place to confirm your specific issuing company, policy number, coverage amount, and term length.
