How do I get an updated copy of my policy?
You can download the latest version of your policy at any time from your Fabric account:
Log in to your account
Open the menu
Select My Account
Tap Download Policy
Where to find your updates
Any updates to your policy (like address or beneficiary changes) are added to your policy PDF.
Your original policy appears at the beginning
Any updates are appended to the end of the document
🔎 Tip: Scroll to the last page of your policy PDF to view your most recent changes.
How updates are processed
How your updates appear in your policy depends on when your policy was purchased:
Policies purchased on or after September 3, 2022
Updates are processed through Support
Once completed, your records are updated
A copy of the change form is added to your policy PDF
You’ll receive a confirmation email when it’s done
Policies purchased before September 3, 2022
In most cases:
Address and beneficiary changes are automatically added to your policy PDF
For some policies issued by Vantis Life:
Updates are added only after the insurer confirms the change
This may apply to address, beneficiary, name, or coverage updates
