The process depends on when your policy was purchased:
Policies purchased on or after September 3, 2022
No form is required
Email support@meetfabric.com with your request
We’ll process your cancellation within 2–5 business days
Policies purchased before September 3, 2022
A cancellation form is required
To get the form, email support@meetfabric.com
If your policy is managed by Fabric:
We’ll process your request within 2–5 business days after you e-sign and submit the form
If your policy is managed by Vantis Life:
We’ll forward your request and notify you once the cancellation is complete
Tip: To speed things up, you can email a copy of your completed form to support@meetfabric.com.
Refunds
If your policy is within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, you may be eligible for a full refund. After the initial purchase month, refunds are not guaranteed.
