How to cancel
The process depends on when your policy was purchased:
Policies purchased on or after September 3, 2022
You can cancel your policy directly from your Fabric account. To cancel your full term life insurance policy:
Log in to your Fabric account
Go to My Account
Select your life insurance policy
Click the three dots in the upper right corner
Select Manage policy
Choose Cancel policy
Follow the prompts to submit your cancellation
You can also go directly to the cancelation flow here. Sign-in is required.
💡 Note: If you only want to cancel your accidental death rider and keep your term life insurance policy active, please refer to this FAQ for more info.
Policies purchased before September 3, 2022
A cancellation form is required
To get the form, email support@meetfabric.com
If your policy is managed by Fabric:
We’ll process your request within 2–5 business days after you e-sign and submit the form
If your policy is managed by Vantis Life:
We’ll forward your request and notify you once the cancellation is complete
Tip: To speed things up, you can email a copy of your completed form to support@meetfabric.com.
Refunds
If your policy is within the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee period, you may be eligible for a full refund. After the initial purchase month, refunds are not guaranteed.
